Can you maintain a site you didn't build?

What counts as a "content change"?

A content change is any text update, image swap, new blog post, or minor layout tweak that takes under 30 minutes. Adding a completely new page, a new feature, or significant design changes would be quoted separately as a project. We'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside the plan scope.
How quickly can you restore from a backup?
