How is custom software different from a regular website?
+
A website presents information and converts visitors. Custom software runs your business operations — it has user accounts, complex workflows, data processing, integrations with other systems, and business logic specific to how you work. Think CRMs, SaaS platforms, inventory systems, booking engines, and automation tools. If off-the-shelf solutions don't fit, custom software is the answer.
How long does a custom software project take?
+
It depends on scope and complexity. A focused internal tool or MVP typically takes 8–12 weeks. A full SaaS platform with multiple user types, billing, and integrations typically takes 14–20 weeks. We break every project into clear phases and agree milestones upfront so you always know what's happening and when.
Can you build an MVP first and add features later?
+
Absolutely — and we recommend it. We design the system architecture to be extensible from day one, so the MVP can grow into the full product without costly rewrites. Starting with core features lets you validate your product with real users before investing in everything at once. Most of our custom software clients start with an MVP and iterate from there.
Will I own the source code?
+
Yes — completely. All source code is pushed to your GitHub repository and all documentation is shared with you upon final payment. You own it outright. There's no lock-in, no ongoing licence fees, and you're free to work with any developer in the future. Your software is your asset.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
+
Yes. We regularly integrate with third-party systems via APIs — payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), communication tools (WhatsApp, Twilio, SendGrid), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERPs, logistics platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery), Google Workspace, and many more. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
What happens after the software is launched?
+
We provide 30 days of free post-launch support as standard. After that, we offer dedicated maintenance retainer plans for bug fixes, security patches, performance monitoring, and new feature development. Many clients stay with us on a monthly retainer to keep evolving their software as their business grows.
