Minor changes to content or small design tweaks are expected and handled without extra charges. Major scope changes — adding a completely new section, changing the tech stack, or adding a new feature — are discussed openly and quoted separately before we proceed. We never do surprise work.

There are three key moments where your input is essential — the discovery call, reviewing the Figma designs, and reviewing the staging site. Outside of these, you can be as involved or as hands-off as you prefer. We'll send you weekly updates either way so you're always in the loop.

We can start the wireframe phase with placeholder content, but we'll need real content before final visual designs. If you need help with copywriting, we can connect you with our content team or guide you through what's needed for each page. Delaying content is the most common cause of project delays — we'll help you avoid it.

We typically work on a 50% upfront, 50% on launch payment structure. For larger projects, we can split into three milestones — design approval, staging approval, and launch. We accept bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay. No payment is required for the discovery call.

If a delay is caused by us — slow development, missed deadlines — we absorb the cost and you get a discount on the final invoice. If a delay is caused by late content or feedback from your end, we'll adjust the timeline accordingly and communicate clearly. We always flag timing issues the moment we see them.

We work on fixed-price quotes for defined project scopes. This means you know the exact cost upfront — no surprise invoices, no hourly billing that spirals. For ongoing work like maintenance plans or digital marketing retainers, we use monthly fixed fees. Hourly billing is available for ad-hoc support after launch.
